1 lb konjac glucomannan
pasta
3 cups Finely shredded cabbage
1/2 cup Thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup Finely shredded Cheddar
1/2 cup Diced carrot
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons White vinegar
2 teaspoons Seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon White pepper
Paprika
Drain and rinse konjac past with cold water, and drain again.
In large bowl combine konjac pasta, cabbage, celery, cheese,and
carrot.
In small bowl blend oil, vinegar, seasoned salt, dry mustard,
and pepper.
Add to konjac pasta mixture; toss to coat. Chill thoroughly. Toss
gently
and sprinkle with paprika before serving.
