Instant Konjac glucomannan

1 lb Konjac
glucomannan pasta
1/2 cup Salad dressing or fat free salad dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups any chopped vegetables (tomatoes, carrots cucumbers,
broccoli, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, cauliflower -- etc.)
1/4 cup chopped mild onions
1 1 1/2 cup chopped meat (ham, chicken, salami, etc.) -- optional
lettuce leaves
Combne salad dressing, Parmesan cheese, salt and milk. Drain and
rinse konjac pasta with cold water, chop any combinations of vegetables.
Add with onions to dressing. Can add meat. Combine all ingredients.
Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves.
