Instant Konjac glucomannan

Yield: 6 servings
1 1/2 c Snow peas, 1 x Red pepper sliced thin
6 oz Cooked shrimp
1 tb Fine chopped fresh ginger
2 tb Sesame oil
1 1/2 ts Salt
3 ts Vegetable oil
250 g konjac glucomannan pasta
1/2 ea English cucumber
130 g Crabmeat
1 ea Chopped garlic clove
1/2 ts Black pepper
2 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Red wine vinegar
Wash and trim snow peas. Place them in a bowl and
pour in enough boiling
water to cover them. Let stand 10 minutes, drain and set aside.
Drain and rinse konjac pasta with cold water and set aside.
In large bowl, combine konjac pasta, snow peas, red pepper, cucumber,
shrimp and crabmeat.
In a small bowl, combine ginger, garlic, sesame oil, pepper, salt,
vegetable oil, lemon juice and vinegar.
Pour this dressing over the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Chill before serving.
